Character Parties

 

Our party packages include:

 

- a meet & greet

- photo opportunities/picture time

- music or sing-a-long or live song performance

- themed games

- coronation of the birthday child or superhero oath or pirate induction of the     birthday child

   

 

and may include

-  interactive story time 

- craft or coloring pages

- princess etiquette lessons

- superhero lessons

- pirate lessons

- dancing

 

Activities are often based on time frame and age of the children in attendance. We do not charge extra for these items like some of our competitors nor use the same format for every party.

 

Each character has special games themed to their story. 

 

And each of our parties are different

because each CHILD is different.

 

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:  one royal attendant or hero helper to assist in setting up games and music for the princess or superhero attending your event. 

 

 

A one character, one-hour party is $199

Each additional half hour is $65

Each additional hour is $105

Each additional half hour is $60

 ***Certain Characters may be at higher rates based on complexity of costumes

A one character, one hour party is best for 15-18 children. If there are more children attending, please consider hiring a second character or extending the party time. For a one-hour, one character party, we will provide craft supplies for up to 18 children. A fee of $1.50 will be charged for each additional child.

 

 

A travel fee of $.60 per mile round trip may apply to parties over 25 miles from our SW Orlando location.  Compare that to our competitors' rates !!!!!!!!!!

*** a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits can be made on our "MAKE A DEPOSIT" page.   For greatest availability, please book parties at least four weeks in advance of event. 100% refund  of deposit will be given if party is canceled at least three weeks before scheduled party time.   If party is canceled two to three weeks of event start time, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.   Please understand we hold that time open for you and cannot accommodate last minute cancellations.  PLEASE NOTE:   If party is canceled less than two weeks of our scheduled arrival time at party, no refund will be given.  However you will have the option of rescheduling your party.

The balance is due by the party date.  You will be invoiced for the balance a week before the party.  Payment must be received before the party start time.
